This training provides contractors and technicians with practical instruction on Ruud inverter systems. The session covers troubleshooting for side discharge and 19 SEER inverters, identifying and resolving common component issues, and applying proven diagnostic methods in real service scenarios.
Participants will also receive hands-on instruction with the Ruud app, including uploading software, programming control boards, and completing proper equipment startups. The training is structured to help reduce callbacks, improve installation efficiency, and strengthen overall system reliability.
