How to Shop
Learn some tried and true methods to help you find the items you need to get the job done.
Hey, hey everybody welcome to the new Insco.com.
I am going to give you a quick walkthrough of our new site.
We have really focused on trying to make the experience better for our customers.
As you can see up top, we have some standard navigation.
We have a shop dropdown that includes different categories for every product that we sell.
Let?s say you are looking for a ?Chemical, Lubricant or Sealant? click on that link.
This will take you over to view those items.
This section now displays our Chemicals, Lubricants and Sealants.
You can click on any of the thumbnails to drill down further.
Or, on the left-hand side you can use the search feature or any of the filtration parameters to find the item you are looking for.
You can search by category, brand, manufacturer, or any number of attribute filters to find the item you are looking for.
If you scroll down the page, it will display any products within that top category available for you to shop immediately.
Let?s just say you are looking for some premium-grade pipe thread sealant. If you are logged into your account, the website will show pricing and availability.
You will need to be logged in to be able to view pricing and availability.
Click on the product card and it will take you to a product detail page for the item with much more information about the item.
On this page you can find the Insco Part Number, Manufacturers Part Number, UPC Code.
You can search Insco.com with any one of those parameters; you can also search by brand name or item name.
Our search feature is very robust so anything you type into the search bar will return accurate results if we indeed stock the item you are looking for.
Also, on this page you can find a description of the product and a listing of specifications.
So, if you are looking for something specific for example like a specific ?Flash Point? for the product this information will be found here.
The features section shows some additional information about the product.
And finally, the documents section.
The documents section may include marketing materials, MSDS sheets or instruction manuals for that item.
